I was born in Tillamook, Oregon and started school in Florence, Oregon. In the mid-fifties my family moved to Stites, Idaho. Dad was a logger and had won a good timber bid so the move was a big decision. He not only had Mom and 5 kids to move but also his equipment, crew, and their families. Moving to Klamath Falls in 2000 was a good choice for me because it is a beautiful town and the surrounding mountains give me plenty to do. I enjoy birding, hiking, and photography.
